Agreement and operator

These Terms govern your use of AIReadiness365.com, including the readiness quiz, preparation guide, assessment application process, scheduling links, and related communications. AIReadiness365.com is operated by SturdyCloud IT Ltd.

By using the site or submitting the quiz, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not submit information or use the materials.

Purpose of the service

The site provides educational readiness guidance and helps determine whether a business may be a fit for a free AI Readiness Assessment. Completing the quiz does not guarantee an assessment, proposal, engagement, or particular result.

Any later consulting, implementation, software, managed service, or other paid work requires a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that work.

Eligibility and authority

  • You must be at least the age of majority where you live.
  • You must provide accurate information and have authority to submit business information.
  • If acting for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf or to make the inquiry.
  • The service is intended for business use, not children.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site to break the law, infringe rights, transmit malware, probe or disrupt systems, bypass controls, automate abusive submissions, misrepresent identity or authority, or upload information you do not have the right to provide.

Do not submit confidential credentials, highly sensitive information, regulated records, or personal information about other people unless expressly requested and lawfully authorised.

AI, scoring, and limitations

Readiness results may be produced using fixed scoring rules, automated routing, AI-assisted drafting, or a combination of systems and human review. Results may be incomplete, simplified, or affected by the information provided.

You remain responsible for decisions and should obtain qualified professional advice where required. The service is not legal, compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, financial, employment, medical, or investment advice. No result certifies that your business is secure, compliant, or suitable for a particular AI system.

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant SturdyCloud IT Ltd. a limited permission to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and analyse that content as needed to operate the funnel, deliver results and materials, provide requested follow-up, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.

You confirm that your submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge and does not violate another person’s rights or confidentiality.

Intellectual property

The site design, scoring structure, questions, copy, guide, brand assets, and supporting materials are owned by or licensed to SturdyCloud IT Ltd. They may be used for your internal business evaluation but may not be resold, republished, scraped, copied at scale, or used to build a competing assessment without written permission.

Communications and third parties

Guide delivery and service messages may be sent to complete your request. Optional marketing or result follow-up is governed by the consent you provide. You can unsubscribe from optional messages where required.

The site may use or link to third-party quiz, email, storage, scheduling, analytics, or automation services. Their availability and practices are outside our full control and may be governed by separate terms.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the site without guaranteeing continuous availability. We may change scoring or qualification criteria as the service evolves. We may reject or close submissions that appear abusive, inaccurate, unsafe, or outside the intended business profile.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and materials are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that following a result will produce a specific business outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SturdyCloud IT Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the free site or materials. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties will try in good faith to resolve a dispute through written notice and discussion.

Any dispute provisions in a later signed agreement take precedence for that engagement.

Contact and updates

Questions about these Terms may be sent to contact@sturdycloud.ca.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means the current Terms apply to later use.
