About this policy
AIReadiness365.com is a brand and lead-generation property operated by SturdyCloud IT Ltd. In this policy, “AIReadiness365,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to SturdyCloud IT Ltd. as the organisation responsible for the site and readiness funnel.
This policy explains how we handle information when you visit the site, complete the AI readiness quiz, request the preparation guide, ask for a fit review, schedule an assessment, or communicate with us.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Name, business email address, company name, role, website, industry, company size, location, and optional mobile number.
- Answers about business goals, workflows, systems, implementation readiness, security, privacy, compliance, and accessibility needs.
- Optional written notes, scheduling information, requests, and communications.
- Consent choices and communication preferences.
Technical information
- IP address, browser and device information, approximate location, pages viewed, referral source, and interaction events.
- Security, error, and system logs needed to operate and protect the funnel.
Please do not submit passwords, credentials, health information, financial account information, private client records, employee records, or other sensitive or regulated data through the readiness quiz.
How we use information
- Calculate and present your readiness result.
- Deliver the AI Readiness Preparation Guide.
- Determine whether a free assessment, fit review, or preparation path may be appropriate.
- Respond to requests and support scheduling.
- Maintain consent, unsubscribe, and follow-up records.
- Improve the usefulness, accessibility, security, and performance of the funnel.
- Prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and meet legal or contractual obligations.
Consent and communications
We separate guide delivery and other transactional messages from optional contact or marketing consent wherever practical. Consent controls are not pre-selected. If you provide a mobile number, SMS consent must be given separately before related text messages are sent.
Where Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) applies, commercial electronic messages will identify the sender, include contact information, and provide an unsubscribe method where required. You may withdraw optional consent at any time.
AI and automated processing
The quiz may use automated rules to total answers, assign a readiness category, and route you to a next step. The result is educational and directional. It is not a certification, compliance determination, credit decision, employment decision, or legal, financial, medical, or professional opinion.
Material business recommendations and assessment invitations should involve human review. We do not intend to use quiz responses to train public AI models.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with authorised service providers that support form delivery, quiz operation, automation, email, file storage, scheduling, analytics, security, and lead records. Providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or security, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent.
Storage, residency, and retention
Information may be processed in Canada or in other countries used by our service providers. We prioritise Canadian data residency where feasible but cannot guarantee that every provider or backup remains in Canada. Information processed outside Canada may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.
We retain records only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, security, legal obligations, dispute handling, or legitimate business records. Consent and unsubscribe records may be kept longer to demonstrate and respect communication preferences.
Security and accessibility
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards, which may include access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring, logging, vendor review, and data minimisation. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
The public funnel targets WCAG 2.2 AA. If a privacy control or request process creates an accessibility barrier, contact us for an alternative method.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, withdraw consent, request information about processing, or opt out of optional communications. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, backup, or contractual reasons.
Browser settings may limit cookies. Disabling essential storage may affect site functionality. We will provide additional cookie choices if non-essential tracking that requires consent is introduced.
Contact and changes
Questions, privacy requests, accessibility concerns, and complaints may be sent to contact@sturdycloud.ca.
We may update this policy as the funnel, providers, or legal requirements change. The revised date will appear at the top of this page.
